Man, today was like Christmas. I woke this morning to a BIG package from TINte Cosmetics. I won this contest from a lovely blog and the prize I received was this big gift package from TINte!! Their packaging is so adorable and I really love their products. However, I think I am going to have to swap/give a couple of things away because they just really aren’t my color. I received:

Flavored Lip Shines in Peachie Sheen and Cake. They smell really wonderful, especially Cake, but they are unfortunately too light for my pigmented lips =( I didn’t try them, but I knew judging from the colors that they wouldn’t work for me. They are so cute though!

The Painted Lady Palette. This is the case, it’s super pretty.

And this is what it looks like on the inside. It’s so pretty that I almost don’t want to use it…not sure if I want to keep this yet though, I’m not a big fan of lip palettes because I much prefer application from a tube or a wand. Also, it’s not very portable. It does however, look really nice.

Moisturizing Lip Color in Root Beer. I absolutely LOVE this cute little metal tin. I expected the product to be waxy and balmy but instead, it’s very glossy and gooey, so I’m not sure if I like it that much because it tends to make my fingers sticky when I apply. The color is a light neutral brown that surprisingly looks very sheer and natural when applied, definitely not what I expected from a boring brown lip color.

A dual ended eye and lip brush. I don’t like dual ended brushes because I store all my brushes standing up in a cup so one end is bound to get squished…but the quality of this brush is pretty nice, very soft!

My favorite products out of all of them…Shimmering Face Pearls! I am a sucker for shimmer powders if you did not know. Their texture is almost like mineral eyeshadows, I’m not sure if they actually are though.

This gorgeous blue shimmer is Midnight Platinum. It would make for a *killer* blue smoky eye!

This one is my favorite, it’s called Golden Lava. It’s actually a lot darker in real life, the flash just brought out all the pretty gold shimmers, making the color look like more of an antique gold. This would be really pretty for a smoky eye as well.

That’s all the products I received from TINte. I have to say that I am very happy with them. Can’t wait to try some of them out!

I’m really diggin’ the lip gloss in the metal tin. I just bought some Tarte glosses from Sephora; can’t wait until they come in the mail! :)

Hi! Just cruisin’ around and stumbled upon your page. I agree, those last few shimmers are REALLY pretty colors. :]
